OUR PRICING – XLNC Furniture’s mission is to provide the lowest prices within the city of Calgary. Should you find a lower advertise price within 30 days of your purchase, we will match the price and refund you an additional 10%of the difference.

CONDITIONS OF SALE – All sales are final . No return will be accepted. Order placed can be cancelled without penalty only if goods have not yet been loaded & shipped by the manufacturer for delivery to our store.

DELIVERY ETA – Our warehouse items can be picked up same day. If delivery is required items will be shipped within 3 days of purchase. Non- stock items will be ordered from the manufacturer. ETA for items vary and will be received from 2- 8 weeks. Call or e-mail for ETA. We will make every effort to give you an accurate date, but remember it is not a promised date as conditions can arise that are beyond our control.

THIRD PARTY DELIVERY – Please note that you are welcome to arrange your own delivery should you forego your own arrangements, we can arrange for you. XLNC FURNITURE provides the most reputable third party delivery services available. Depending on the items you have selected, please ensure that your home especially your floors are protected so that they will not be scratched or damaged when delivery personnel are placing the furniture in your home. Should you receive damage of your home please first discuss with the delivery persons and write on their delivery slip before signing. As they are a third party service, any damage, complaints or liability is between the customer and their service. Remember that XLNC Furniture only arranges the delivery as a service for their customers and will not be liable for any damages that happen to your home..

SHIPPING RATES – For online purchases of $1050.00 or more( before taxes) and within the city limits of Calgary including Airdrie & Chestermere delivery will be free of charge. For other areas, please call or e-mail for estimates.

DAMAGED GOODS – Pickup and delivery of items must be checked immediately by the customer for damages and must be indicated on the pick-up or delivery slip prior to signing. These items will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

MISSING OR DEFECTIVE PARTS – Any missing or defective parts will be supplied at no additional cost to customer. Please advise our store within 24 hrs of receipt of item.

WARRANTY – Warranties from manufacturers vary from 3 months to limited life time. Extended warranties and Furniture Care Kits are available at additional charge. Please call or e-mail for warranty information on the products that you have selected.
